DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
US Citizens: Proof of Citizenship and Government Issued Photo ID are Required.
Passports are highly recommended and should not expire for 6 months after the return of the trip. In the absence of a passport, an original or certified birth certificate along with a government issued photo ID (driver's license) can be used. Photo copies of a birth certificate are not allowed. A passport is required to fly from the US to a foreign port to catch up with the ship if you miss it and to fly home to the US from a foreign port if you have to cut your trip short for emergency reasons.
